Laurie Ann Harris is the owner of Laurie Harris Interiors, LLC. She earned her Certified Staging Professional™ (CSP), Certified Color Consultant™ (CCC) and Residential Transition Specialist™ (RTS) certifications from Certified Staging Professional International. She earned her Certified Interior Color Specialist (CICS) and Certified Exterior Color Specialist (CECS) certifications after completing Patsy Overton's Color Consultation courses. Laurie earned her Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS) certification from the National Association of Home Builders. Laurie Ann is a RESA-Pro member of the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA). She was the 2023 President of RESA-Atlanta Chapter. She is also a contracted trainer with the National Center for Housing Management.

Laurie Ann created Laurie Harris Interiors for people who want to redesign their home, or desire to remain in their homes while enhancing accessibility, safety, and convenience according to their aging or disability needs. Laurie Ann also collaborates with homeowners who want to stage their home for sale. Her creativity, sense of style and attention to detail compliments Laurie Ann’s natural ability to see a room and make recommendations that punctuate and highlight your home’s strengths.

Laurie has worked in the affordable housing industry managing housing for the elderly and disabled population. While managing senior communities, she realized the need for providing Residential Transition and Aging in Place services to seniors and disabled persons and their families to ensure their homes meets their needs. She ensured the residents in this specialized housing program were happy and thriving in their homes. As a trained Residential Transition Specialist™. Laurie knows how to manage every phase of the process for transitioning her clients to their lifetime home or rightsizing their current home for aging in place. To further her knowledge and skills in this area, she earned her Certified Aging in Place certification through the National Association of Home Builders.

Laurie Ann earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Towson University. Her career in private and government property management in Maryland and Georgia has expanded over 30 years. Laurie Ann has traveled throughout the nation as a trainer preparing students to pass certifications for careers in the affordable housing industry. While traveling, she takes time to explore the city to observe the variety of design trends of different areas and how to customize them for her clients. She is also a licensed real estate agent.

Laurie Ann has dedicated much of her career to collaborating with seniors and disabled clients, single moms, and victims of domestic violence while assisting them with finding and securing affordable housing.

Laurie Ann lives in Georgia with her husband, Bravid, their son, Spencer, daughter, Minnae and Hershey the privileged fur baby.
